Subscriptions renew on the billing cycle shown at checkout and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal. Trials include a limited number of AI Match Analyses; once used they do not reset.

We may adjust plan features and pricing for future terms. Any change is communicated before it takes effect on your account.

FundingRadar AI aggregates opportunity data from public funder sources and adds an intelligence layer on top: eligibility screening, capability fit, readiness, and effort estimates. Every determination links back to the funder's published source with a last-verified date.

Our scoring is informational and is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Funders change rules, close programs, and issue amendments without notice. Always confirm eligibility and requirements against the funder's official notice before you apply.

We do not guarantee that an application prepared in FundingRadar AI will be funded, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any funding agency.

We collect only what the product needs: the account details you provide, the organization or household profile used for matching, and standard usage analytics that help us improve the workspace.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell or rent applicant, student, or donor data. Documents you upload for readiness tracking stay in your workspace and are used to power your matches.

Service providers used for hosting, payment processing, and email are bound by contract to handle data only on our instructions. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time.

The College Funding Navigator handles financial-aid inputs such as Student Aid Index estimates and cost-of-attendance figures. These stay in your account and are never listed, sold, or shared with scholarship marketers.

We never charge students to apply for a scholarship, and we exclude pay-to-apply listings from our matching.
